Mart cart is free to download for iOS and Android devices - just search your app store. Once you've selected your products, we'll be at your door in a few minutes. It's that simple.

Mart Cart is an online platform through which one can gain access to a variety of logistic's services.

At Mart Cart you can order food in these simple steps

1. Go to “ All Restaurants”.
2. Search and choose your preferred restaurant/store.
3. From the list of available categories click on the category you would love to order from.
4. Select your preferred meal and quantity and add to order.

Note : when selecting items, the number and amount of the items shows on the right hand side of your phone.

5. Once you are done selecting, click on view order to review items in your menu list, then click on "Check Out".
6. Select your delivery location from the right side of your phone.
7. Your preferred method of payment on the left side of your phone and place order.

At Mart Cart you can order for a door-step delivery.

1. Go to “Pick and Drop”
2. Select “Pick up location“ and enter your pick up address.

Note: You can either select from already registered addresses or you can select a new address.
3. If you are using a new address, enter the address and confirm your pin.
4. Add additional information and confirm.
5. Click on the pick up location again and select your address from the list of registered addresses.

Repeat the same method when choosing delivery location.

6. If you are ordering a return trip Click on the round trip, if not click on “continue” and input your delivery instructions.
7. Click on “checkout”.
8. Select your preferred method of payment and place order.

If you can not find a particular meal on the Mart Cart App, you can always opt for shopping. All you need to do is to place a Pick and Drop service on the App, select the location you want us to buy the food from as the pick up and your delivery address. Add the items you would want us to buy in the delivery instruction column and how much we are expected to pay. Kindly note that this option will attract a service charge of 15% of any amount payable exclusive of the delivery fee.

No. If you have a complaint on that particular meal, then you can immediately inform the Mart Cart customer care, who will in turn render a solution.

You can always type in any additional information or special request on the delivery instruction section before checking out your order.

Once your order has been processed by the restaurant, it will no longer be possible for you to cancel or make changes, so you are advised to reach out to the Mart Cart customer care immediately if you notice any error in your order before it is prepared.

To cancel an order, you have to reach out to the Mart Cart customer care immediately to be sure your order has not been processed, cancellation can only be done within the first 2 minutes when the order was placed, once the order is confirmed it might be impossible to cancel.

For now, it is strictly Pre paid.

Two methods of payment can only be used for two different orders amd must be in full.

Prices on Mart Cart platforn include VAT.

With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.Note:That at Night and also Pick and Drop may not be available for COD. Please read the terms and conditions to find where Pay on Delivery is not available: https://martcart.pk/terms-conditions.html

Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by Mart Cart and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item(s) to your doorstep.

Prices include VAT and local delivery fees can be charged at checkout depending on your address.

Mart Cart will not share any personal detail that includes credit or debit card information, name, address and phone number with any company or person.Mart Cart does not have access to debit or card details that are uploaded by the customer on our website and/or mobile application.

Our legendary riders use eco-friendly bikes. We provide our riders their bikes free of charge.

Yes a rider will call you once he picks up your order, just to inform you that he is on his way to deliver.

If you would wish for Mart Cart to re-deliver the order, you will be charged for the delivery services.

Yes we do, We currently deliver to Attock, Hazro along with Kamra.

No, but an item can be picked up when an errand is missed by a customer.

You should always refuse to accept any open package, as we will not accept returns of any products unsealed (unless for defective reason). If you do accept such a package by mistake or find out it has been tampered with, please get in touch with our Customer Service Center immediately at
+92 303 5777702.

Your order will be delivered to you in 45mins - 1 hour. We will also update you if anything comes up that may delay your order arrival.

1. To register on the Mart Cart App, follow the four easy steps below.
2. Go to your Google Play store or iOS.
3. Search “Mart Cart”.
4. Click on it and install the App.
5. Open the App and sign in with either your Google, Phone.

Note: when signing up with a phone number, a verification will be required.

6. Enter your full name and email address.
7. Enter your Delivery Address.

You are obliged to create an account, your orders can only be processed when placed through the Mart Cart App.

1. All your order history is saved and you can look at it at any time.
2. If an order pleases you very much, you can reorder it directly.
3. Add several addresses so that you can rapidly select your desired delivery location.
4. If you like to order food from different places, at home, at work, with friends, for example you have the complete list of all your favorite restaurants. This helps you order even faster at your favorite takeaway.
5. You will be able to track your order.
6. You will be notified of your delivery progress.
7. You can always alter your personal details in your account.
8. You can call the customer care line directly from the App.
9. You can choose your preferred payment method before making an order.

Yes, You have to create an account to enable you place an order for food, pick & drops, shopping and other services on the Mart Cart App.

It is a more convenient way of ordering from your favorite restaurants, supermarkets, Drink stores and frozen food stores and have them delivered swiftly to your doorstep. You can also order for pick and drop, shopping and waybill services from the comfort of your home. You would be able to track and follow up with the progress of your order.

Click on the profile icon available at the bottom nav bar of the home screen, click on signup,then create an account.

To make sure that your account is always secure, multiple email addresses cannot be added. However, you can replace your current email address with a new one anytime from "Your Account".

Your email address helps us provide timely information to you about your order. It also acts as your username and helps you log in.
